and reduces overhead, dramatically increasing productivity. This may leave the non-IT computer savvy faculty a little apprehensive. One-way to help them over come their fears it to provide them with some type faculty development workshop and computer training. Faculty development workshops will help the faculty member to create courseware that can incorporate technology to enhance student learning. The workshops can also serve as a resource for faculty to consult when attempting to use other technologies.
