This paper will discuss how the West Nile virus is transmitted from infected birds to humans and whether or not people in Georgia are at risk of being affected by this virus. Thus, the probability that mosquitoes in Georgia inevitably will transfer the West Nile virus to some humans living in Georgia is high.
