As the actor, I would apply the system to the role of Mosca in order to perform in a more convincing manner. Stanislavski's system focuses on the point that the actor should be very realistic in terms of the character he is playing in order to fulfil his role credibly, and I would do this by applying the system as appropriately as possible.

Once I had controlled this exercise without losing concentration, I would do the same, but this time widening the beam of light, so that there is more to focus on. If I mastered this too, I would continue with wider circles, each time prolonging the time. Eventually, I would become very consistent at this exercise, and would hopefully find that my attention span when acting on stage would not only be longer, but more intense.
