their faith. Each belief has some sort of ritual that is used to communicate with their supreme beings. Christianity has prayer, the Yoruba have herb bath, spells, or candle lighting, and the Lakota Indians have there Vision Quests. Every single one of these religions takes great pride in their traditions, and there are good reasons for that. If you don't have traditions which you feel are important to maintain, maybe you should re-think you beliefs.
