strange to want to do the complete opposite. We live a life filling our minds and the Buddhists claim fulfillment only when the mind is empty. But to them this way of life is what works, they believe what they want and I do the same.
The Buddhist way of life although different from what we are used to is a means to the same end, it helps people to find themselves and find salvation.
