In the beginning diseases were thought to be a kind of punishment from God, rather than an infection caused by a foreign body. Later this was found to be untrue, and we now have an entire field of science devoted to the study of these diseases, the foreign bodies that cause them, and treatments for the diseases. I am prepared to compare 3 infectious diseases.
The first disease is AIDS, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.. This disease

They all occurred in different time periods. While, AIDS and Influenza were viral, the plague was bacterial. The plague stayed in Europe and Asia, while the other two were pandemics.
As I draw this essay to a close, I think it is obvious that these 3 diseases were devastating to millions people. While being similar in many ways, there are also several differences, but one fact remains: they killed many people and ruined many other lives.
