Abu Ghraib Scandal. When the United States military has a job to do across waters in the Middle East, it can be hard to control what goes on and continually monitor actions there. For instance, in the Abu Ghraib prison in Afghanistan prisoners are being mistreated by US soldiers. Regardless of what information can be gained, laws should not be avoided and humane treatment of all prisoners should be maintained at all times. An example needs to be set, and the entire world is watching what is being done in Iraq.
