Even when describing Hitler, Wouk did not focus on his negative qualities, but showed his brilliance in leading Germany both economically and militarily.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for something to read no matter what types of novels you like. It would be great for history buffs, or people who like romance or action. It has something for everyone and you'll learn more about World War II without even realizing it.
