…showed last 75 words of 332 total…Concentrating on this one thing, takes away all the distractions in the world around the person who is meditating. However, I would like to see research done on all the different methods and the exact details of how they work. I would like to know the effects meditation has on people, both short-term and long-term, if any. Although, I myself would never practice meditation, I would still find it interesting to discover more about it.
