For so many years we have been viewers of the many differences and fights between Democrats and Republican, all these fights just for one reason: POLITICS. Black vs. White? Up vs. Down? Republicans chose to concentrate Democratic votes into a handful of massively safe Democratic seats, in the process diluting the Democratic presence in many others, seats that, until this years, were considered competitive for both parties. Many Democrats believe the Republican strategy in Texas ultimately involves creating a handful of ultra safe Democratic seats based on the votes of African- American and Latinos, while ringing these seats with safe Republicans districts dominated by conservative white voters.
