the primary means of communication in Haiti. No longer is it strictly for business purposes. The Haitian people view it as a necessity, and a large number of households have cellular phones. As the telecommunications continue to improve throughout the world, it is only natural that the Caribbean will follow. Maybe in the near future we will see the Caribbean as a major telecommunications market and producer. The goal should be to continue improving. KAIZEN!
