One of the most destructive hurricanes to ever hit the United States, slammed into the city of New Orleans, on August 29, 2005. With the chance of a similar storm hitting it again, why take the risk? Therefore, by abandoning New Orleans, we are assuring ourselves that history will not repeat itself.
