Strokes are the third greatest cause of death in America, next to cancer and heart attacks. The brain heavily relies on its blood flow and if the course is obstructed the brain will lose its supply of oxygen. the only similarity these two attacks have is they both involve the circulatory system. Some people also think that a stroke is unpreventable, they are dead wrong, if there are some signs a stroke may occur then proper dieting and exercise may reduce the chance of a stroke.
