Social Inequality based on race, gender and ethnicity in the work force since the 1980's has decreased to a certain extent, but due to gender roles in society, ethnic inequality, and discrimination of minorities, it will always be around. …showed last 75 words of 542 total…journal the book that I had chosen for my research was, Debates on Social Inequality: Class, Gender, and Ethnicity in Canada. This book was most difficult to find, but in the end it was worthwhile to read. It confirmed and contributed to my past knowledge of inequality between class, gender and ethnic groups. The literature showed how Canadians partly benefited from actions taken to prevent inequality and it showed the end result of the actions.
