Aim:
To find out how the concentrations of the reactants affect the rate of reaction
Variables:
Possible variables that could speed up the rate of a reaction are;
Temperature
Catalyst
Surface area
Concentration
Chosen Variable= Concentration=Independent Variable
Scientific knowledge:
Reactions can go at all sorts of different rates e.g. a slow reaction would be the rusting of iron and a really fast reaction is an explosion. The speed of a reaction can be

clearly see a direct correlation as the graph shows a smooth curve line. The straight-line graph shows a fairly straight line and points fit well around the line of best fit, which proves the accuracy of my results. However I think my results could have been more accurate and reliable if I had repeated the whole experiment another time. This way we would have had a wider range of results to draw a better conclusion.
