were no clear cut policies that could be stated as complete constructionist or destructionist outcomes, although some had better conclusions than others. If it wasn't for some of these policies, the Soviet Union could have very well still be a capitalist state right now. It is hard to say how things would have been different in the past, but overall the Russian people knew what they wanted and they achieved it in just under 20 years.
