…showed last 75 words of 1343 total…at the children's inability to focus on the story. I feel this project has opened my eyes to the everyday problems a teacher will face. Becoming an effective teacher will include using mild interventions to resolve the minor problems before they become major ones. It is not enough to be knowledgeable and prepared. An effective teacher must have warmth, enthusiasm, and sincerity. An effective teacher must be intentional while combining research and common sense. (Slavin 7).
