The little piglet makes the impossible possible. There are a wide variety of film techniques; one of these include animals talking which is done by animatronics and computer generated imagery. The point of view shots make you as one of the animals on the farm and the voices make the animals realistic.
Babe is a straight, to the point movie with lots of drama inbetween. It is the animals that really make the movie appealing.
