INTRODUCTION
Konrad Lorenz was born in Vienna in 1903. Lorenz became interested in animals at a very young age and maintained his enthusiasm on the subject throughout his life. He was an extremely famous zoologist and founding biologist in the field of ethology, or animal behavior. He conducted research having to do with genetic imprinting and published many books on the subjects of human nature and biology. Dr. Lorenz was also awarded the Nobel Prize in 1973
