It is indisputable fact that the punctuality is a virtue, but there are some strong arguments that show it is overrated. These arguments can be classified into a few different classifications such as the quality of solutions limited by time, the possible tolerance for the late-comers, effective time and other qualifications referring to the time-work relation. is serious, it is of a great value in some special situations, however in most situations it is not as important as presented. Time limits are tacking purpose so if they were cancelled, the effective time would increase. Best way of organizing peoples work is to make them finish their tasks as soon as possible, so they could advance in their career faster. That would motivate them and would make punctuality destitute.
