The Philadelphia Experiment did happen. It was an attempt by the US Navy to make a
ship that could not be detected by magnetic mines or radar. There is much controversy
and misinformation about the experiment, and it appears that the government has tried to
make it appear that the experiment never happened.
The Eldridge (the ship) left New York for Bermuda on Sept 16th. From
September 18 to October 15, it was used as a training

I believe that the Philadelphia experiment did happen. I don?t think that the
government and navy go out and make all this publicity about it if someone came up with
it out of there head.
