One's body is what makes one who one is. Every inch of someone is what sets a person apart from everyone else. am proud to be me, and no surgery could make me any more confident, or any more happy to be me.
In conclusion, unless I had a huge rock fall on my face, which made it difficult to eat or breathe properly, I would never have plastic surgery done to any part of my already existing body. I would never second-guess my own character, individuality, or confidence. I am perfect just as God made me.
