…showed last 75 words of 752 total…only displays how much time in actuality is between him and us as the readers. So therefore he has nothing over us. Only meaningless words and a destroyed and leveled figure are still remained, that cannot cause any harm to us. This poem makes me feel very sad because it makes me realize that humans cannot live forever and that everyone eventually has an end. This is a very deep intense poem to any reader.
