No matter what kind or how much gun control legislation is put into effect, it does not affect the criminals, the people for which the laws are designed. Simply put, criminals are called criminals because they break the law. Laws mean nothing to criminals. Society can only imprison criminals and see that the people retain their right to keep and bear arms.
