The upcoming Ontario provincial election happening on June 3, 1999 has many issues that are the prime topics. The Progressive Conservatives are the current government. Many feel that they have stuck the province of Ontario into a state of turmoil, by education cut backs, health care cut backs another drastic changes to the province. their major campaign issues.
Health care, taxation and the need for a cleaner Ontario environment are three of the major issues at stake in this election. Personally I feel the NDP has put for the best plans and ideas of how to make the Provence more efficient and a better place to live. However their plan to raise the taxes on those that make more than $80,000 a year, is what makes them lose my vote.
