Every year there is a tournament that my friend, Cassie goes to. It's a tournament held in different cities (this year in Chicago) where teams from different cities in Illinois and even some cities out of state come together to compete in Soccer and Volleyball for the girls and Football and Basketball for the guys. The practice also shows that regardless of how much the girls play around, they still are a talented group and if they put their minds to it they can play anything. I think it also beats the stereotype that some people have the girls don't really do much but go to school and go home. Girls have a lot of extracurricular activities and sports is just one of the few.
