The combined use of media, such as movies, music, lighting, CD-ROMs, and the Internet creates and opens up a whole new and exciting world of media experience for users. Comparing multimedia to singular media such as use of just a book, television or even the internet alone is not as exciting and interactive as multimedia. In conclusion, the multimedia realm being the more enchanting and captivating one isn't always the preferred choice. Even though it is far more superior in terms of interactivity, sounds and images, both moving and still, it doesn't totally phase out the old singular media such as a book. At certain times, the book is the more portable and preferred choice to multimedia.
