Over the past seven weeks I have learned a number of things about Organizational Behavior. The topic I found most interesting and valuable was motivating individuals and groups in organizations. One manager used to tell me that my strengths need to utilized in order for me to grow within the organization, and she was right. When managers engage employees and or groups, companies will reap reward in lower turnover and higher productivity. Employees and customers will both be satisfied.
