and your business will not do as well as it could. The positive of theory y is that in this type of attitude employees feel involved in the business and have more motivation to do their work. The negative to theory y is that the people with this attitude might get to big headed and think that their opinion is right. They might not want to listen to their supervisors as much as they should.
