About eleven years ago I was employed by Georgia Power Company. I thought that it would be just another job. I have come to the realization that a job is just a job, if that is what it is allowed to be. My job is more than just a place of employment, it has turned out to be an educational experience. I have learned a lot of things that the average citizen takes

temperature. This caused the water to turn into steam. The steam was passed through a turbine where it rotated the generator. The generator, acting as a huge alternator, actually created the electricity. The electricity is measured in megawatts. The average citizen should now fully understand what goes into powering those lights in the morning, what makes the air conditioner cool, and even what makes that small hair dryer work. Electricity sure is amazing to me.
