closer internal observations it is just the opposite. Basically, each department has a manager that receives his orders form above and the orders just trickle down. There seems to be a lack of communication between management and staff and a lack of listening to ideas or concerns from those below a manager. Although UOP has these weaknesses and others that were not mentioned, it is still one of the best universities for a working adult.
