A company could also educate the employees about the things that constitute sexual harassment. Having experienced both quid pro quo and hostile environment types of sexual harassment first hand, I know that it creates and uncomfortable work environment. It is the companies responsibilities to not only take corrective action when these things occur, but to assist in the prevention of these occurrences as well.
