forth extra effort to keep children off of the streets. By doing this we will deter children of committing crimes and get them involved in activities that will educate them. With programs and organizations that keep children and teens off the streets it makes it easier for juveniles to stay out of trouble. It all starts with the youth and if the public doesn't concentrate more on them, then society will keep producing more criminals.
