overstated. Religionists blame sex education programs for teenage pregnancy; juvenile delinquency is blamed on "weak" fathers or absent father figures and the inability to read on our school system. Certainly these factors are important; but, ultimately, each individual is responsible for his or her life and future. The best school system in the world cannot make a genius or even a good student. Only desire, determination, sacrifice and the ability to accept personal responsibility will.
