Why should a human being be required to suffer more than necessary? This would not be my choice. I would choose a quick and painless ending over a long and painful one. The United States was founded because people wanted to be free. Americans have fought for freedom ever since. If euthanasia is not legalized it will take away one of the founding freedoms, the freedom of choice.
