Sometimes, it is not obvious who the real tragic hero is, but after some analysis, the truth comes out. In the case of Antigone, the arguments to prove Antigone to be the hero are strong, even the play's title supports it, but after an examination of traits and qualities, the true tragic hero emerges as Creon.
