In studying psychology as a major I have learned about a vast amount of diverse disorders. I have read, been taught, and learned the facts accordingly. However, that is barely enough to say I know a particular disorder. Only through either personal experience or encounterment with a disorder creates concrete knowledge. the situation. It is a non conclusive disorder. Depression has an effect on you, I can often relate, because even at times I feel depressed. Things makes things difficult, because you want to help, but you feel so helpless and the overwhelming effect can take its toll.
Through interviews, discussion, listening, and experiencing with these individuals in my life I have learned many fascinating views. Things I would have never thought to think about before.
