The way in which every judge reaches decisions in the courtroom differs depending on many different criteria. These criteria are aspects of their education, training, experience, personality, and their family history. They are not uniform and they all decide upon cases with many different considerations and views. They are mostly guided by the law and make decisions based upon this. What they consider as important in a case outside of the law is what makes a great judge or a poor judge.
