for the government The evidence of the effects of global war in a multi-cultural democracy are shown many ways. We have recently increased corporate leadership amoung minorities. More and more often minorities are becoming better educated, allowing better occupations. We also have had the first black women to be Secretary of State, which follows the first black man. As one can see, America is changing but the reason for change...is it the correct one?
