Although conflict is inevitable it is also necessary, and can be used as a tool for managing conflict within the work team. If each team member is open, honest, clear, listens, and encourages members to communicate during discussions conflicts such as ineffective communication, delegation of work, timelines, ego's, and individual differences can be overcome.
