Dances With Wolves

John Dunbar became one of the tribe and was even given a Sioux name. He was even prepared to give his own life in order to save other members of the tribe. Dunbar began not knowing anything about the Sioux and ended up respecting and adopting their culture. He spiritually grew and as a result learned to be accepting and respectful to other cultures and to be compassionate with people, even if they are different.
