Only 7 prisoners survived of the 14,000 prisoners that went into Tuol Sleng under the Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. <Tab/>In learning and teaching about the 'Killing Fields' of Kampuchea we pay tribute to those who suffered undeservedly, so that they may not have died in vain. Hopefully knowing about the evil and atrocious acts performed by Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge will prevent anyone from repeating history.
