Truth is an extremely important quality in all human beings. Being truthful vital whether you are a noble, or whether you are a beggar on a street corner. It is essential to be honest because honesty and truthfulness show a lot about ones character, and show a person's true colors. and being untrustworthy are not always the same thing. A lie may not always be harmful, while being untrustworthy is a degrading statement towards a person. Odysseus is not considered untrustworthy when he lies because he lies to his enemies, and always keeps his promises to his loved ones, the people that mean most to him! Odysseus and Jason both show their true colors through their actions, and interestingly portray themselves differently while doing so.
