Job turnover is lower, fewer unavoidable absences and studies prove that job productivity does not decline. In conclusion, the Age Discrimination Act of 1967 was designed to protect individuals against age bias employers. Unfortunately, it does not stop employers completely from discriminating, but at least there is some comfort for older employed Americans.
