I have read two books which deal with trial advocacy. One was "The Common Sense Rules of Trial Advocacy" by Keith Evans (224 pages) and the other was "Advocacy: Evidence, Objections and Exhibits" by Haydock and Sonsteng ( 60 pages read). I had no idea how complicated a trial could be until I started reading these books. There are so many great tips that different books list and I've heard a lot of people discuss trial 'tools' that they use. The hard part is trying to remember all of them. I believe that people should just use the ones that they'll be able to use most effectively.
