On January, 22, 1973 the U.S. supreme court issued the Roe v. Wade decision. This was the ruling that gave women the right to choose to have a legalized abortion, early in gestation, for any reason. It wouldn't stop abortions from taking place, women may start getting back alley abortions or going to different states or countries for a legal abortion. In the end I don't think the option should be taken away. I believe that to have an abortion is a woman's personal decision and should not be dictated by what someone else thinks is best.
