If Britain's two-tier democracy comprised of citizens and non-citizens is unacceptable then we need some solution to the requirements of the capitalist hierarchy. Aspiration breeds frustration but servitude and oppression lead to hopelessness, which dehumanises us. It is in our nature to dream of better things.
